Rachel was born and raised in York County. She graduated from Thompson Institute, where she received a degree in Business Administration. Rachel has worked in the voluntary insurance industry since 2006.

Rachel resides with her partner and their 5 children. They live in the York area and attend Grace Fellowship church. Rachel enjoys gardening, attending bible studies and spending time with her family.

Rachel values family. This plays a big part in the way she approaches each client, and it fuels her desire to meet their individual needs. She also values the opportunity to educate her clients on their options, while carefully guiding them through the implementation process.

Rachel prides herself on her ability to create longstanding relationships with her clients by providing them with a high level of ongoing service that is atypical to the voluntary industry.
