In order to have the most impact for our clients, we felt it was necessary to reevaluate the overall mission of our agency. While our goal has remained the same, we have adjusted our mission statement to better reflect our true purpose. Throughout the years, we have seen significant fluctuations in enrollment strategies and the use of technology. We are finding that a resource is needed, now more than ever before, to guide employees through the benefit and enrollment process.
